I've decided I need to start organizing my life more, and want to start using a scheduling program. Would you recommend using ical, or the calendar built into entourage? It has been awhile since a major ical update, so perhaps one is coming at Paris, or once Panther is closer to final, but any advice would be great. thanks

some people prefer entourage, others prefer iCal. There is a major iCal update coming with Panther.
My suggestion would be to try out each of them for a few days and see which is best for your personal work habits.

do you use entourage for email? if so... stick with the entourage calendar. in truth it has way better scheduling features, like emailable meeting requests, etc (since most of the world uses outlook). with that said, i still use ical... but i hate m$ and only use them when necessary (read word and excel). if you use apple mail it is probably better to use ical.
