iCal. Never used anything else because iCal is free and is nicely integrated with iSync meaning it syncs with my phone as well.

Even-T looks quite nice, too, although it's not quite there yet IMHO.

Palm Desktop 4.1... even if I didn't have a Palm, that would be my choice. Way more functional and better thought out than iCal right now.
