I have this shareware program called Accounts to do my accounting on and it really sucks. Can anyone suggest any good software I can use, just to track all my income and expenses and stuff like that? Something thats not confusing, Accounts is very confusing to me.

I think you'll find Quicken and QuickBooks, both by Intuit, are the standards in this field. Quicken is intended more for the home user whereas QuickBooks is intended for businesses. Of course, QuickBooks is about four times as expensive as Quicken, so if you're not looking to do anything business-y (like invoices) with it, the lower-end program may be a better choice.

iCash by maxprog looks good- as does iBank and its fellow app, iWork (integrates the projects side in with the money side) (cant remember the url)
I personally use Studiometry ( www.oranged.net) to run things- its geared up for small design houses + freelancers, and has basic accounting, but I'm not sure what sort of business you are running
