Simple question.

Everyone has had strong opinions about Systemworks 2.0, most of them negative.

I was wondering if anyone tried out 3 and if it was magically better all of a sudden.

"Did you try it?"
"I'm not going to try it. You try it!"
"I'm not gonna try it! Let's get Mikey to try it, he'll try anything. Hey, MIkey!"

Systemworks 3 is just NU 8 with some extras. I have heard continuing bad reports on NU 8, so I have no intention of using SW3.

If they tried it they're probably no longer online. Give them a few days to reinstall.

Failing that, wait by the counter at your local Apple store, and wait for the most distressed looking customer returning his Imac. Ask them.
I have Mac

I've got it Steve, see my post about speed disk, I have had problems getting that part to run but DD was good and NAV is good etc, but Symantec haven't given a satisfactory answer why speed disk won't run, and the smart comments to my post don't help either.
