Am I missing something in Toast 6?

Had a look at Toast 6 the other day, and it seems like it no longer has some settings that are present in Toast 5. Specifically, no way that I could see to select a scratch disk or enable/disable Disk-at-once.
Are these settings actually gone, or was I just looking in the wrong places?

So anybody know if there's a way to designate the scratch disk in Toast 6?

Prefs/Converted items ?
