Suddenly, Entourage no longer remembers my rules or displays category colors with incoming email. Also, the Junk Mail feature doesn't send my Junk Mail to a separate folder anymore, even after resetting the preferences to do that. I have tried everything I know in order to fix it:
- trashed all Entourage/Office X preferences
- deleted all rules and renetered them
- rebuilt the database
- reinstalled Office X
- repaired permissions
The best result of all of this was to receive one email properly color coded. The next one from the same person had no color code. Rules still do not work.
I'd appreciate advice on other possible solutions.
