I just purchased Soundtrack after playing it around with it on a G5 at the Apple Store. So anyway, I installed it and then noticed the About window showed a different name and serial number.

Well, it turned out some mutton heads who were staying over last week and getting high here downloaded the program illegally and installed it on the same Mac. I didn't even know because I didn't check the Apps folder and they didn't tell me.

So now I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how do I get my serial number to show up. I tried to delete everything from the computer and reinstall but I must be missing something.

Moving on, where can I download project files created by other Soundtrack users?

Did you look for preference files for Soundtrack? That's all I can think of that would contain such info.

I deleted all that, plus some ID file. No use. Reinstall and I still get some dodgy serial number and name.
