Mr.Hide Itoh has released a new version of
his freeware QuickImageCM. 2.2 which adds
some more magic into the already amazing mix.
If you have not downloaded a copy and tried
it out - where have you been and is it nice there ?

Best thing since sliced bread.
Nasrudin sat on a river bank when someone shouted to him from the opposite side: "Hey! how do I get across?" "You are across!" Nasrudin shouted back.

YES!!!! I WAS WAITING FOR THIS FOR YEARS!!!

I knew someone would eventually write something like this. It's not exactly the 'Service' I imagined but it's close enough. If this guy could allow this to happen with any picture within any app, then this thing would be better than perfect.

Yes, it's great! Don't forget to download PDFViewCM too. See PDF files without launching any applications!

This one is a little less useful in Panther...Preview launches fast and is way too cool to substitute it with anything else, IMO.

What exactly does this app do?

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

Why do people insist on referring to features in beta software as if its been around for public use for years and years?... Don't downplay an existing great and useful app for something on the horizon.

Also this CM is super cool, and also allow you to convert the file you're clicking on to JPG,PNG,TIF,PSD,PCT,BMP and do alot of neat things like scale by ratio, rotate, trim, apply some interesting effects (blur, sharpen, sepia, invert), add thumbnail icon, right then and there in the finder just via a right-click. I've been using it since it was created and don't see panther's preview as a reason to stop.

I like the look of the Other Time app, something I've wanted for a while, I even wrote a Konfabulator widget to do it but I don't use K anymore so this should do the job.
