Dumb: From Palm Desktop address book to Apple's Address book?

The thread title says it all. I want to put all the addresses in my Palm into the OS X Address Book without going through the drudgery of typing it all in. Is there an app that I can use to do this? Am I just stupid? Help!

it's very very easy. drag entries from Palm Desktop to the computer's desktop (creating a vCard). Drag the vCard into address book.
there is no step 3.

oh and, if you've got a lot of contacts, you can shift-click to select multiple contacts in Palm Desktop at one time, drag them all at once to the desktop (or a folder) and then drag all the resulting vCards into addressbook at the same time.

I'm so glad someone asked? I've not used address book at all, because of the work of retyping. I'm going to get all my contacts in sync yet...
I've even printed out this thread so I actually do it.
