Is there a downside to tossing the hardcopy manuals?

All of my manuals have PDF or HTML counterparts, I have an iBook on which to view them, and I have all my reg #s safe and secure...

Hmmm, that completely depends on how you like to read through manuals for information. I HATE PDF manuals, because I prefer reading in a book. Plus, sometimes I'm reading about something away from the actual computer.

I say, hang on to the manuals. You may be sorry, but chances are better that you won't.

If you can read a PDF manual, no real downside. Just make sure you recycle.
