I'm stumped. I've set up a calendar on iCal and have loaded it to a WebDAV server, iCal Exchange specifically. From there, I've been able to sync with Mozilla Calendar running on my Windoze machine at work. That part appears to work quite well.

What I don't know how to do is sync that .ics calendar file with iCal on my Mac. There's an obvious way to publish and an obvious way to subscribe but not sync.

I'm I asking for too much? Do I need to use something else such as Mozilla Calendar on my Mac, too, so that I can have a real, live sync process?

Thanks for any thoughts that you have.

AFAICT, this is the biggest omission in the pub/sub mechanism of iCal thus far - it is purely a one way street (unless I'm missing something too). You can't synch iCals between two different machines. You either edit and publish it or you subscribe to it but don't edit.

Please send Feedback to Apple to get this altered. Presumably, it is one of the requested features that could make it into iCal version 2.
