does juno work in Panther 10.3 ?

I finaly installed panther a day ago !YaY!
But juno did not work. And it is my only internet provider for the price. So I had no choice but to down grade to jaguar again. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaa

Sooo does anyone here use juno on Panther ?
