Live windows rezizing - iTunes?

Does iTunes 4 support live window rezizing on some machines? I only have a G3 iBook (900Mhz 14",) as well as only 10.2.8 v.2 (i.e. not 10.3,) so I don't know.
Trainiable is to cat as ability to live without food is to human.

Hold down the Apple key and resize the iTunes window on your G3.

If you can't get Quartz Extreme to run, then iTunes won't live resize.
