EvoCam Is very cool, flexible, powerful and inexpensive. Works wonderfully with the iSight.
Highly recommended.
(edit: Wait, I was thinking you meant webcam webcam, not webcam video conference. EvoCam still kicks ass. )

Webcam != verb

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.

You wanted the solution, I gave it to you.
Besides, it's not slow for me. Take it or leave it.

SquidCam is excellent. VChat appears to be pretty nice, but I havn't used it much. ohPhone is great for talking with PC users that use Netmeeting. That is three good ones. shall I go on?
just one quick search at versiontracker.com or macupdate.com would bring up results. SquidCam is shareware (but worth the cash) and the other two are free.
