So I was trying to learn more about iTunes Music Store for Windows and I happened upon this picture

First off, what's that little black dot next to the Living Room playlist, secondly, why is there a black arrow next to Chad's Tune. Is that a nested playlist? Or are all those playlists different computers?

OK on closer inspection, it looks like a little lock next to the Living Room Playlist. What does that represent?

I don't know for sure, but my guess is that it's a password-protected playlist.

The black arrow means that you have actually connected to that computer and therefore have their playlists to list. The machines that you haven't actually downloaded an index to the library by clicking on wont have the arrow.

The black dot is a lock icon, showing that a password is required for that playlist.

The nested playslists are only nested because they are the playlists for shared computers, and there are multiple computers. So in fact, playslists are not nested, but it is possible to see multiple shares, each with different playslists.
