Does anyone know of a cool soft that can record your iChat web window.. ??

Let me explain. I bought this iSight but most of my friends back home are all windows, suckers.. So I would like to record in quicktime format myself in iChat. As if I was having a chat with myself.

I know one can view the camera without a chat going on so I would only need some soft that records a portion of my desktop.
I know it exists but what's hte best one out there ?

Thanks guys...

Does anyone know of a way to record an incoming video chat? Presumably Snapz would allow it if the processor would, but are there any other alternatives?

Easy:
Ecamm Network's Conference Recorder will automatically record conferences:

you could also just record it into iMovie and export it as a quicktime file. plus, you can edit it and add titles and whatnot if you want to.
