I have had trouble with it since version 1.51 (now using 1.56, but still not working thanks to the same "Problem placing bid" window). When going to their website, they say that support will only come from their Forums. When I posted my problem, the Admin said that the problem was that 1.51 was very old and that 1.56 was not compatible with its database. Oh, and that I should read the posting rules! The only thing I left out was that I was on OS X! And gee, after telling me *what* my problem is, don't you think he could tell me *how* to correct it.
In any case, I replied on the forum that I was on OS X, and that I'd appreciate a remedy, not just an explanation. What does "support" do? Delete my post! How helpful... did I hurt your feelings by pointing out that remedies are whats needed?!
This has happened twice. Colourfull = truly classless operation.
