I have about 100 emails (all in HTML format) and I wwant to export the data into an excel worksheet. The data consists of name, company, telephone number and email address.

Is there anyway of setting up some kind of rule or something that'll allow me to export the data without going through each one individually?

Thanks

I'd do this:

If not already, collect all the messages to export in a single Entourage folder. (Use Copy rather than Move if there's a need to keep them in previous location.)

Drag that Entourage folder onto the Finder. This exports all the messages in the folder into a single .mbox file.

Open the .mbox file in a text-editing utility to remove message headers and reduce the data to a comma-separated-calue (CSV) list. (I'd use emacs by preferences, but a BBEdit or Word Macro should suffice).

Import the CSV list to Excel.

You could also AppleScript it, if familiar with AppleScript.
