What is the best recording method with WireTap?

I mean is, what is the best sound compression to record the truest sound? I am currently using 64-bit floating with 48.000 kHz, but it takes about 20 MB for 20 seconds.

I prefer uncompressed, although that seems to have some issues, so I just use IMA 4:1 for now (the default).

By the way, kudos to moki for making this highly useful tool and giving it away for free!
