I have install CDs/DVD of Keynote and iLife (w/iDVD).

I'm guessing there won't be any problems trying to install Keynote or iDVD?

I don't have iDVD but Keynote installed just fine under Panther. Make sure you go to the Software Update and download the Keynote 1.1.1 version.
