My dad uses this one site (specifically http://lawschool.westlaw.com/ ) and after he logs in, the frames are jumbled with all these Chinese characters and numbers and all this weird stuff. However, when we use Safari, everything appears normal.

I try to persuade my dad to use Safari in the first place but he is pretty obdurate in what he wants to do. And Safari crashes in this site a lot too.

How can I fix this in IE? I tried messing with the Character codings and stuff, no luck.
