In iTunes you can tell is were to store your music in the preferences. iPhoto does not seem to allow you to do this. Is there a way to store your photos on a different partitioned HD instead of the partition that your OS (panther in this case)? Thanks.

YOu could try iPhoto buddy. Create a folder in new location and choose that folder and iPhoto will use that for the defualt library.

This is described in iPhoto Help:

"To move the iPhoto Library folder to a new location:

1
Quit iPhoto.

2
Move your current library to a new location on your hard disk.

3
Open iPhoto.

4
Click Find Library.

5
Select the library and click Open."
