Hi all,
Hoping someone can assist me in reconfiguring Office X to admit that I live in an A4 paper using region...
Despite my best efforts, every new document I create insists on being formatted for Letter paper size instead of A4. I've got all my regional settings in OSX (10.3) set to Australia, my address book profile says Australia, and I don't know what else to do. I know I can work-around this by manually selecting A4 every time I print - but that's a pain in the butt and shouldn't have to be the case.
Any suggestions?
Cheers!
Wet Jimmy.

Have you deleted the Word .plist?
Have you deleted the "Normal" template?

Okay, have done what you suggested and when I restart Word, it is still set to US Letter.
Any other suggestions?

Sure, you may have a corrupt preference and this will fix it and create a new one...

So no further suggestions? So far I'm still stuck in the land of Letter sized paper.
This sucks...
