This is a strange one...seems every time you open and the close the main Mail window a new invisible item is added to the "action menu" in the mailbox drawer. Closing and reopening the app fixes the menu. Take a look:

I've got another bug: It didn't import all my mail. I had to reimport a few mailboxes. Even if they were selected at the import dialog.

Re the importing mail thing.. I had problems with this also. And I assumed I was doing something wrong (I'm a nightmare with Email apps). I just got a new mac, and basically wanted to clone my exact email set up from my old Mac. Including importing old emails. The only way that worked properly, was to simply copy over the entire main mail folder, and most importantly, copy over the old prefs too.
This worked absolutely perfectly.
The worst thing about having a failing memory is..... no, it's gone.

Worked perfectly for me. Upgrade from Jag 10.2.8 and Entourage X.
