I have a friend who is using Netscape mail (I guess if you have an AOL account you have a netscape account) and he is trying to setup Mail.app to send and receive his mail.

I know what his outgoing setting should be, becuase he has Comcast and I know how it works, but what should he use for the incoming servers? i.e. is it just mail.netscape.com or is it something else.

can't use mail.app (or any other afaik) with netscape mail, you can only use the web interface or the mail component of the netscape browser.
