I've just got an Ericsson T68i, and enjoys the bluetooth sync'ing. But to my suprise, it doesn't seem to be able to get the date & time from the computer (which uses the time server).
Anyone know a way to do it?

TIA,
Peter

I'm not aware of one - there are a few limitations that exist with the T68i and iSync:

1) All-day events in iCal are not synched to the T68i (it can't support them and Apple hasn't yet engineered a workaround for this... probably unlikely to as well).

2) Pictures for people in Address Book.app are also not synched.

3) Date and Time as you say, but also be aware that you must use the correct daylight savings setting on your T68i otherwise your appointments *could* be 1 hour out of synch.

4) Addresses aren't synched to the T68i (as it doesn' t support them!).

5) If you use Address Book.app to send an SMS, it doesn't get stored in the T68i's memory and there is zero feedback as to whether it has worked or not.

Other than that, it's a great combination IMO.

Hmm - some of the other points you're mentioning have I also noticed, but not yet looked much into, but now, I guess, I can save my time there...

Thanks!

This is disappointing as the T68i has full support for 2 & 3, Apple just haven't implemented the support on their side.

You can force a one-way sync by choosing "Reset All Devices" from the File menu in iSync. Alternately, you can delete the phone from iSync and re-add it and select "Erase data on device and then sync" after selecting the device in the iSync window.
