I have v1.3.1 and sometimes it will not record the show that I have scheduled. I can look at the record panel and the show that should be recording says "NEW" in big red letters but 0 seconds.

The record light is flashing on EyeTV software controller on screen but nothing is being recorded. Then if I click on the item, it suddenly actually starts recording. The "save to" folder is correct and fine.

Any thoughts?

ElGato support has been very helpful each time I've contacted them. They're the experts on the product, after all.....
OS X: Where software installation doesn't require wizards with shields.
