I just downloaded this app from www.AmbrosiaSW.com and have been using it all morning. So far its really been helpful.

I agree that it is dope, I am upset with them because I sent in $15 to get a licence and they never emailed me a code, and yet they charged my debit card No response to my followup email either.

Did you email our support staff? Two whom did you send the followup email to (was this over the weekend?) You should have received your license code instantly.

Are you sure that you entered your email address properly, and that the email we sent that gives you your license code wasn't somehow misfiled?
