What I'm looking for is an app that acts as a 'keystroke' recorder, but for a printer.

We run a student lab with only 3 iMac's and an HP inkjet printer. We have it set up so students can print at will but we want to be able to know EXACTLY what everyone is printing so that we know if people are using it for classwork only.

Is there any software out there that does this?
