I have a folder in my HD/Library/Application Support that contains the above item.

Can anyone tell me what software likely installed this item?

No, because many programs (shareware) use eSellerate to handle payment/registration.

iMac G5 2.0 Ghz 20", 2 GB RAM, 400 GB, OS X 10.4.5, iPod with color screen 60 GB
