Is there a NetPrint-like program for the OS X?

NetPrint was a extension/control panel on OS 9. This handy utility seated on the menubar and added every selected text in a textfile.

try services. There's one to open the selection in TextEdit, I think.

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.
