Lately our beloved spammers start using V!iagra instead of the correct spelling, which managed to escape the built-in junk filter in Mail.app.

I'm wondering if it's possible to whip up some sort of script to make it possible to use regex in Mail.app. I know nothing about AppleScript, so I'd appreciate someone with the know-how to give some suggestions.

I'd like to strongly second this.

If Mail.app's rules could perform (egrep-style) regular expression matches, life would be better.

If { Message Content } { Matches }
(enlarge your|enlargement patch|p[.!]*e[.!]*n[.!]*i[.!]*s)
{ Move Message } to mailbox: { Junk }

Kindly suggest to the Apple Mail.app team that regex matching be provided in Mail.app's rules... implementation. It will allow people to use fewer rules to more efficiently handle the slurry.
