I'm about to spend some company cash on director. i need to get it pronto, but was wondering if any one may have heard a rumour as to when the MX 04 version may arrive? Or as 04 is nearly gone, will we have to wait until next year?

i believe he meant that the year 2004 is nearly gone.

think how long it took Macromedia to get Director on OS X. it was ages after their other apps. i heard it has a much longer cycle than the others, so i wouldn't expect anything for another few months, minimum.
