Hi! Guys,

I am running a software company.I need a software in which I can Manage the following on my mac running 10.3:

1. track Sales to a customer and maintain a database for the software licenses our company sold to them.
2. Keep track of serial numbers assigned to each customer.
3. Track yearly maintanence contracts and due dates.
4. Possible sales due time etc.

Must run on my Mac and would be beautiful if it could run on PC as well.

Any ideas? Much appreciated

Thanks in advance

You might want to look at DayLight at www.marketcircle.com

Or search around www.versiontracker.com if you need something less robust.

Perhaps you could develop a solution in 4th Dimension or FileMaker?

Hi there,

One solution that you could take a look at is NetSuite.com, They have a fully intergrated accounting and sales force automation tool that is web based, so all that is needed to run it is a browser and an internet connection, it is not OS specific. You can contact them directly or give me a call if you would like additional info.

Another vote for Daylite. It may have way more features than you need but the new interface makes it very easy and flexible to use.
