I believe either Photoshop CS or ImageReady CS's code name was Taconite. You can find which by holding down option while choosing the "About Photoshop" or "About ImageReady" options in the menus.

That would be ImageReady... and during Beta Testing it's splash screen was not full of pretty feathers, but just a big fat oil tanker.

Photoshop's codename was Dark Matter

7.0's codename was Liquid Sky and is apparent in it's actual final splash screen by the use of a liquid texture in the sky over the beach.
