I have been using Keynote for a while and while I like the program there is a major problem when I connect my iBook to an LCD projector. The transitions (cube / mosaic, etc) flicker / stutter, until they get to the next slide. This is so bad I have stopped using transitions ( a major reason I decided to use this program). It has happened with 8 different LCD projectors.

I have tried:
Connecting to the LCD projector and rebooting
Changing the display to millions of colors
Changing to a different display resolution

Apple's support section says change to a lower refresh rate eg 60 Hz ( I am not sure I know how to do that, when I go to preferences and Display, I don't see that as an option. I have seen posts that this also didn't work.

anyone with a solution??
