Can Safari link dragging be disabled?

	I am creating a touch screen kiosk using Safari and Saft and I have been having trouble with with the touch screen because users often accidentally drag links and graphics instead of just clicking on them. Is it possible to disable this action in Safari so that I won't have this problem?
