Any ideas for shareware applications? apparently QT 6 doesn't allow you to

While it won't work for all movies posted to the web (as the owner, you can set whether or not to allow people to download your stuff with QT), you simply need to upgrade to QT Pro to be able to save the iPod movies to your drive.

And, those aren't streaming movies. Those are fast-start movies.

QT Pro is worth the $30. Allows you to save all the useless video you come across on the internet... but also allows you to convert quicktime movies to DV, so you can save that iPod commercial, convert it to DV, and dink around with iMovie if you don't have a digital camcorder.
