Can I Import my cd collection onto my family PC, burn the importes AAC's off onto CD-R's and put them on my G5 when I get it in a month or two? If so how.

You can import your CD's on the PC, and then move them to the G5 just fine. The purchased iTunes music should be able to transfer over as well, without having to burn them to audio CD and re-ripping them. You just have to authorize your new G5 with your iTunes account. And if you're getting rid of the PC, make sure you de-authorize it after you get all your music off of it.
