So... I know that the hard drive APM settings are reset every time the computer is shut down or restarted. Is there an Applescript or other means available to automatically set the APM settings to max when the computer boots? I suppose I could do it manually but it's all about automation.

I'd be interested in knowing how to do this as well. Unfortunately it looks like the support web page for APM tuner is long gone...
