Does anyone have a workaround that lets the user (or the program automatically) decide the refresh rate for the cache (ie: like "check page for new content" type of thing).

When browsing message boards, I often miss the latest post in threads because Safari is loading from the cached version of the page, instead of the actual one.

So aside from manually deleting the cache, does anyone have a solution to this problem?

You can have the cache de-activated by using "Safari Enhancer" actually, that's what I've done and seems to be working great...

Or rather it was.... For some reason it seems when I restore my custom CSS that I use to get rid of ads on the net, it doesn't work. At GameFAQs when I make a post in a topic it still doesn't show when I go back to the topic.
