perhaps i'm too stupid, however, how do i change the icon of an application.

do i need a dedicated app?

please help

Baby Shark,
Find an image/ icon you'd like to replace it with, and copy it to the clipboard.

Select the app, do File-->Get Info (command I), and in the window that comes up you'll see an image of the current icon. Click on it to select it. Then do Edit-->Paste to replace it with your new icon.
