Long ago I found a site that offered
info on how to hack the 'user.js' of
Camino so that it lost all it's history
and cookie cache on a relaunch.

Does anyone remember or have some
'user.js' or 'prefs.js' snippets...

I tried http://www.efritz.net/chimera.html
and Macosxhints but that does not
have the hack I'm looking for.

[EDIT] I am sure there are more hacks
than just 'disk cache' ;)

Does that help? Disable disk cache?

Or try this page:
http://texturizer.net/firebird/tips.html

It has an enormous amount of Mozilla tips and tricks which are all applicable to camino

If you're using Mozilla or Firebird you can simply type about:config into the URL field to get a graphical editor to all of the changeable features.

Camino will show the editor UI but none of the data. You can probably view the info in one of those other browsers and then manually enter/modify Camino's user.js using the appropriate strings and values.

Thanks guys ;)

I am looking for a series of snippets
that add to Camino the ability to loose
all bookmarks and history while browsing
and on relaunch.
