I have just installed OSX 3.1 in two machines. A new 17" iMac (1.25ghz) and an older 15" iMac (700mhz). In the 17" iTunes sees and plays commercial CDs no problem but on the 15" while it may see "a disc" it does not see or mount the audio disc and so will not play the music.

I have handed down the 15" to my son and he may have changed some of the settings. Are there any preferences I can deleat or settings I should change to correct this fault, or is it just OS X 3 messing up again?
