I know there was a discussion thread on this before, but I just noticed it. 2 users on my system, we both have iTunes open and running. iTunes v. 4.1, OS X 10.3.1.

Anyone else verify that 10.3.1 adds this ability or is it just because I edited the .plist and turned off it checking on mulitple users? (Which I did a while ago, couldn't get it to work, but now it is?)

It works for me as well... I can also open multiple instances of other apps I use between multiple users (Adobe CS apps, web browsers, Mail, etc).

If you put the iTunes library in a neutral location that both users can access, then "Yes".
