Hello everyone, I just bought my first Mac (eMac) a couple of days ago, so bare with me here. I downloaded the realone player to listen to knac's broadband stream. But when I click on the link to connect it downloads a file to the desktop, then opens the player. The player just sits there and says "stopped". I try to press play but it dosn't work, and directing it to the file/stream dosn't work either. I like realone better than Windows Media Player better, which I am using right now. And yes I do have the super pass for the realone content. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanx!

Check the link you are using to make sure it is correctly formatted. ie - no spaces, or odd extraneous characters.

What about other links? If they work, it's the link you are using.

RealPlayer works excellently on OS X so that's not the issue.

If RealPlayer works on other sites/links then it must be that those links are hosed somehow. Possibly knac changed the stream location didn't update Real or it's own site?

You didn't say if RP worked on other sites.

Luck.
