Help, I haven't changed any settings in Photoshop CS and now my crop tool will not allow me to freely adjust it. It goes horizontal like it's locked to a perspective. I have tried turning off the snap, etc and nothing.
when you select the crop tool, look up at the menus at the top of the screen, the bottom row should have boxes for "width" and "height". Make sure these are clear, as they constrain the proportions of the crop area.
