At my current company, they currently send way-too-large .JPG attachments of their recent mailer to our customers on our e-mail list.
The JPGs are large because of the small type that needs to be legible, etc...
I am suggesting to them that we break-it-up into an HTML page to get the file size(s) smaller and not piss-off too many people.
I am no-stranger to HTML layout... I am a proficient designer with many web-dev years under my belt... but I've NEVER done HTML Mailers before (go figure?).
Once I create an HTML page... how dI do the HTML mail thingy...? Are the images linked from a server...? embedded in the email...? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thnx in advance.
