my logitech Quickcam for notebook pro can work great on my mac, except unique fireware port supported ichat, any solution out there we have had till now?

that is bad!

Apple turned off support for USB webcams. Some say to sell more iSights.

it seems that apple do not have enough for their products, and I believe they got deficit on their isight sellling.

it do not support Panther, and if you install it on panther, crashed your ichat AV.

Version 1.1.1 of iChatUSBCam supports Panther according to the developer site...
