Hi, Am posting for a friend (honestly!) who has just started using iTunes with Windows 2000, is happy with the program, but can't get results from CDDB.

She selects the CD in the source column, goes to Advanced, selects 'Get CD track names', a message says 'querying the CDDB', and when the process is complete (no error messages) the track names are as before (ie. track 01 etc).

Have tried the different options in preferences. She has a permanent broadband connection. Any ideas?

This is a known issue, but also one that has no solution yet (as far as I know).

Thanks, Krypton. I've assured my friend that Steve will come up with a solution soon!
